Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The room was well-designed, and all facilities functioned perfectly. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful experience, and I found the cabana well worth the cost. The downstairs bar looked beautiful, and the location offered quick access to the centre by metro.
The room service looked to lack proper operation, as the staff couldn't answer menu questions.

I found the food at Tope and Four Corners excellent, with great taste and presentation. The bar staff were helpful, always ready with recommendations, and created a cute atmosphere. Sangria was great, a satisfying beverage.

the hotel design was really beautiful , down to the room details. most of the staff were friendly and professional. the location was pretty good, with bikes available to ride to the beach. public transport was close, and a mall was nearby.
i was surprised that hotel guests have to pay to access the pool area. a €40 fee grants access to the pool for 3 hours, and this includes drinks.

food quality was high and delicious, with a lot of shop and restaurants near the hotel , but the breakfast or dinner in the hotel required an extra payment. the rooftop bar offers great views , as well.

the location is fine , with shops, restaurants and metro options near the hotel. it is a little out from the heart of the city , but has excellent transportation. the hotel is located in a safe area.

The hotel location was close to tram lines. Metro access was available downstairs. A big mall was across the street.
The hotel lacks a gym. This was a slight disappointment.
